Can I do just one session with you?
Yes! Just a word of caution: your symptoms did not develop overnight, and your healing won’t happen overnight either. Be willing to invest in true healing and not a quick fix.

Do you take my health insurance?
The short answer is no. However, some insurance companies offer reimbursement for health and wellness, and my certification allows that reimbursement. Check your individual policy for more info.
Are you a licensed Doctor?
I am a certified Yoga Therapist and Life Coach. I purposely chose this path as it gives me much more leeway to address the Whole Body system and lovingly hold my clients’ feet to the proverbial fire.
What If I have no yoga experience?
Cool! Even better! All you need is an open heart and a willingness to heal. I look forward to sharing all of the prescriptive and therapeutic benefits that Yoga therapy has to offer.
