Menopause does not have to be miserable.
Weight gain, thinning hair, vaginal dryness, insomnia, forgetfulness, irritability, hot flashes, inability to focus, night sweats, stiffness of joints, gastrointestinal issues, loss of libido…I could go on and on. You might have been told that these symptoms are normal for this stage in life, but they are not. You can move thru menopause relatively unscathed if you can balance the imbalances.
This three hour workshop will introduce you to lifestyle medicine and how we can use this to balance the symptoms of menopause and perimenopause to better move through this transition with ease and peace.

About your instructor
I am a certified Yoga Therapist and Life Coach with a unique ability to decode the Body’s symptoms to determine the actual root cause of disease and discomfort. I have combined 20 years of formal education in Eastern philosophy, yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and neuroscience with my own personal experience of mind-body dissonance to create programs that help others crack the code on their own healing journey.
